| Low cost, and high quality. It makes sense that low/no-education manual labor should move to places with low/no education where it can be done cheaply. Educated places with capital then focus on high quality. Competitive advantage doesn't care about people in the land of opportunity complaining that they want to keep getting paid more for doing less instead of taking advantage of those opportunities to add more value to the world.
